One number you can't argue with or check.
Here every finding says what I saw, when, and what to check it with.
Useful, cheap, and free in many places. It tells you if an assistant names you.
It can't tell you if your numbers are right or who owns your accounts.
A contact form that asks for your phone first.
Here the reading comes first, with no signup, and I list what I could not see.

Your first reading comes with a coupon: after you make the changes, read your site again for US$5 and see what was fixed, what stayed the same, what is new, and what I still can't see or verify.

The report can be hard to read, and that is normal. So I offer 45 minutes with me to go through your reading, explain the findings and set the first steps. You choose: the conversation only, or the conversation plus a written note that guides each step. Fully credited against the Diagnosis if you go on within 14 days.
US$160 · with a written note US$190
10 business days, written report and a 45-minute call. Page 1 is a verdict about your agency or provider (Keep, Change or Stop) with a figure in money next to it. Then what is measured wrong, where budget is misplaced, who owns what, and what to ask for. The verification of the fixes is a module of it. Same price for all three verdicts.

Every week I re-read your site and write only when something really changes: a tag disappears, an event doubles, a domain nears expiry. One number and one decision a month.
US$150 a month
Month to month, first month on signing. Month 1 builds the base. Months 2 and 3 are the decision about your budget: written recommendations for your team, a check that each one was done and measures, a weekly page, a monthly call.
US$1,920 a month
Week 6
Example timeline: twelve weeks. Week 6 is the checkpoint; weeks 10 to 12 read the result.
Week 6: I review what depends on me On day one we write concrete measurement and process goals: the base built, the events tested, the accounts in your name. In week 6 we review them together. If I missed one, I refund the part of the month you have not used. Anything that depends on your access does not count as a miss: if it arrives late, the date moves.
Business results are read later In weeks 10 to 12, as a range and not a single number: a few weeks of data are not enough to read it with confidence.
If you stop paying You keep everything already delivered, and your accounts stay in your name. Going forward, the weekly reading stops: the dated series of your numbers, the log of decisions with their outcome, and the early warning when something breaks. A new provider starts from zero.
Tell me your monthly ad spend and I'll say which step fits you.
My fee is flat, never a percentage of what you spend, and I don't run your ads. Prices are in US dollars, with the minimum spend that makes each step worth it. Under that, the free reading and the questions for your agency are the honest answer.

For your agency
No need to accuse anyone. A good agency answers these in an hour. How they answer is information.

Send your website and what you spend on ads each month. I aim to reply in writing within one business day, and I tell you honestly if a paid step doesn't fit.
Prices in US dollars, by bank transfer. The Diagnosis: half to start, half on delivery. The Quarter: each month in advance. I take new clients one at a time.
